There are a million dysregulating distractions in today's world and Mondays can be especially disorienting after the weekend change of pace. Having a supportive start to the week can be the difference between celebrating and spinning out. For those of us leading change, the world demands more, work seemingly never stops, and burnout is always lurking at the edges.

What is Mindful Monday Motivation?
The Mindful Monday Motivation Community Co-Working Space is more than just a time to check off tasks. It’s a space where we gather to reclaim our attention from disregulating forces, to connect and ground into what matters most in chaotic times. It's a space where getting centered and setting intentions is balanced with focused work periods with refreshing breaks. Here, you’re surrounded by a community of like-minded individuals, all committed to showing up for their work in a way that feels alive and aligned.
